Biography

Tomeiko Scott is a certified psychometrist in the state of Alabama. She earned her Master of Art in Education in School Psychology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a doctoral candidate at Capella University in educational psychology with research interests in assessment, mental health of children and young adults, and neurodevelopmental disorders. Tomeiko has advanced knowledge of the administration and scoring of neuropsychological, psychoeducational, psychological, personality, and academic tests. She has several years of experience as a teacher, psychometrist, academic coordinator, as well as experience in assessing and working with children and youth with disabilities. Tomeiko is trained in learning differences and understanding and improving the human capacity to learn with an extensive background in supporting students with various developmental and mental health issues.
