Biography

Dr. Orlando Saiz has taught at the university level since August of 2016. His experience ranges from teaching master’s level courses to advanced level doctorate students at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Additional experience includes advising student research and dissertations in multiple degree programs. Other teaching experience includes Scripps College for undergraduate psychology, Cerritos College for undergraduate psychology, Vanguard University for graduate organizational/ I/O psychology, and Saybrook University for graduate counseling psychology. Dr. Saiz is versed in quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research. He has researched extensively in the areas of personality and leadership, cognitive style and leadership, and personal values and leadership.
