Biography
Diana Beck is a licensed marriage and family therapist and a licensed professional clinical counselor. She graduated from Pepperdine University in 2017 with a master’s degree in clinical psychology. Diana has taught Theories of Counseling and Psychotherapy at Pepperdine University since 2019. She is passionate about this class and aims to teach not only the material in a manner than students find engaging and interesting but also to encourage students to explore their own therapeutic identity development through this course. In addition to teaching, Diana is also certified in dialectical behavioral therapy. She works in private practice, providing a comprehensive treatment approach to therapy for a variety of mental health disorders, including personality disorders, eating disorders, trauma and stressor related disorders, as well as relational issues.
