Practical Litigation

Practical Litigation introduces the graduate student to the practice of litigation in federal and state courts. It incorporates hands-on learning in various topics including attorney-client relationships, preparing budgets and case evaluations, building a discovery plan, managing evidence, preparing for trial, and winning appeals or resolving cases by settlement.

The course is designed for professionals who are not lawyers but who will interface with litigation teams in law firms, in-house legal departments, or various corporate settings.

This course will launch in Summer 2021.
