Biography
Dr. Andrew Gonzales specializes in the organizational sciences, with a specific interest in applied social psychology in the workplace. Although primarily a student affairs professional, he has served as an adjunct for over 16 years teaching classes at UCI, APU, and throughout the CSUs. His experience includes graduate and undergraduate courses in organizational behavior, industrial/organizational psychology, leadership theory and development, social psychology, group processes, and strategic management. He received his BA from UCI and MA from the University of Chicago. In 2017, he earned his doctorate in organizational change and leadership from USC. Dr. Gonzales currently resides in Yorba Linda, California where he serves at and attends Friends Church and spends the majority of his free time with his wife and two children. Dr. Gonzalez joined Pepperdine in 2022.
