Biography
Yvette Onofre received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from University at Albany, her Master of Social Work from Stony Brook University and a Master of Exercise Science and Health Promotion degree from California University of Pennsylvania. She received her Holistic Health Coach training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Yvette received her certification as a corporate wellness specialist with the Corporate Health and Wellness Association. She has led nutrition talks at children’s sports and fitness events, places of worship, senior centers and health centers. She has worked with children, teens, women, brides, men, families and corporate wellness events in helping them reach their physical goals, promote psychological well-being and personal growth. Yvette is currently pursuing her PhD in Education at Rowan University.
