Biography

Richard Skaff is a licensed therapist who worked with various populations for over 29 years in public and private settings. As an instructor, he taught a variety of graduate and undergraduate courses in the behavioral science field for many years. He is a published author and holds several certifications in psychopharmacology and other specialties.
