Biography

Marina Braff, LMFT, has a private practice in Hermosa Beach, California, where she works with teen girls and young adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and life transitions.

Throughout her four years working in private practice, she has presented to BCHD, Vistamar High School, and Mira Costa High School on “Teens and Technology” and led discussions about the impact of social media on teens with teens and their mothers through the National Charity League. She has presented at companies throughout the South Bay, including Manduka, Air New Zealand, and WeWork, regarding the importance of work-life balance and how to create a thriving company culture.

She has led numerous self-care workshops throughout the community and now serves as the clinical director of The Seeking Light Foundation, a nonprofit mental health organization serving the Greater South Bay.
