Estimated tuition costs for the 2025–2026 academic year are as follows:

Admitted students will be required to submit a $1,000 nonrefundable deposit to reserve a place in the program. Enrollment deposits will be applied as a credit toward the first term’s tuition once the student enrolls in the program.

The cost of tuition and fees does not include out-of-pocket expenses such as books, additional course materials, computer hardware and accessories, and more. Graduate fees will cover the cost of program software, clinical tracking software, drug testing, and background check required for clinical placement. The fees also include student practice insurance required for clinical placement. University fees, such as the mandatory wellness fee that provides access to student health resources, are included in the fees estimate. Individual health insurance is not included.

Tuition and fees are subject to change. A moderate tuition increase should be expected each year.

Financial Aid

We are committed to providing students with financial aid resources to meet the educational costs of attending graduate study. Our staff assists students with all financial aid processes including application procedures, resource comparison, and the utilization of funds.

Below, we’ve outlined some financing options for which you may be eligible to apply.

  • U.S. citizens and permanent residents can apply for financial aid through the U.S. Department of Education. Complete the FAFSA at the same time you apply to the online Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology. The Pepperdine University FAFSA code is 001264.

  • Many employers offer partial or full financial support for employees pursuing further education. Check with your manager or HR representative.

  • Veterans, service members, and qualified family members can access educational assistance through the Department of Veterans Affairs

  • If you need additional financial assistance, research other education loan lenders to determine if a private loan is best for your situation.
