Biography
Dr. Timothy J.Legg has over 30 years of experience in the provision of mental healthcare and services to individuals across a variety of settings, including personal care facilities, nursing homes, inpatient psychiatric units, children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders, outpatient community mental health, dual diagnosis, intensive outpatient, inpatient detox, prisons, and New York state Comprehensive Psychiatry Emergency Programs. He has held various positions, including staff nurse, psychiatric nurse practitioner, psychotherapist, drug and alcohol counselor, clinical supervisor, clinic director, and clinical consultant. Dr. Legg is both a licensed psychologist in the states of California, New York and Pennsylvania and a licensed/board-certified psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner in the states of California, New York, and Pennsylvania. He currently practices in Pennsylvania. He provides a combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology services to individuals who struggle with psychiatric/mental health challenges. Dr. Legg also offers medication-assisted treatment for individuals who struggle with addictive disorders.
