The online MBA program curriculum at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School explores business fundamentals through the lens of 21st-century insights and strategies. As a student in the program, you will learn about topics including leadership development, business tech, organizational behavior, profitability, financial management, and strategic management.

As part of the program requirements, you will attend one immersion experience in Los Angeles.

Immersion: Personal and Leadership Development Workshop - 1 unit
This workshop serves as an orientation to the experiential and team-based models of learning used at Graziadio. Students engage in exercises that enhance communication, ethical decision-making, career development, and other relevant skills for interpersonal effectiveness in business.

You are required to attend one immersion which will take place during your first term in the program. The immersion will be held over a weekend within the first three weeks of the start of your term.

Global Learning Opportunities

The Pepperdine Graziadio Business School gives students the unique opportunity to expand their business savvy abroad. Students who choose to join us for a one-week global intensive can expect a combination of collaborative learning, immersive course work, and enriching cultural experiences.

The global intensive is optional and, depending on the selected concentration, may be taken as an elective for academic credit. Students will need to pay for their flight, as well as a program fee that covers room and board, most meals, and all planned academic and cultural activities during the week.


The curriculum enables you to customize your education by choosing either a general concentration or one of five specific concentrations:

Develop expertise across business areas by choosing a combination of electives in finance, marketing, digital innovation, and leadership.

Business Analytics
Gain a solid foundation in statistical methods, data analysis, and modeling techniques.

Explore topics related to corporate finance, investment banking, risk management, new venture financing, and real estate markets.

Learn how to develop global marketing strategies, with a focus on areas such as pricing, consumer segmentation, and product development.

Digital Innovation and Information Systems
Discover how to build businesses using technologies including IT security and infrastructure management.

Leadership and Managing Organizational Change
Hone your skills as a leader who celebrates diversity while making strategic, ethically responsible decisions.
