Tuition and Financial Aid

Tuition for the 2021–2022 academic year is $1,695 per unit. Our online Master of Science in Human Resources program is 39 units. Additional fees can be expected each semester, including travel and accommodations for two required on-campus immersions.

Through our 39-unit curriculum, you will learn to maximize employee performance, strategically lead teams, and manage organizational change. Course Sequence

The MS in Human Resources can be completed in as little as one year on an accelerated schedule or 24 months part time. As part of the program, you will also attend an immersion in Los Angeles during the first and last terms.

Immersions

As a student in the program, you are required to attend two immersion experiences in Los Angeles. The first immersion takes place during your first term, allowing you to meet fellow students and professors, and network with other HR professionals early on in the program. The second immersion takes place in your last term, allowing you to apply what you have learned to help drive positive outcomes at an organization.
