Biography

Tom is a PsyD student and adjunct professor for Pepperdine University’s GSEP. He has worked as a crisis counselor and trainer for a call center of the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline, and has previously taught psychology at the undergraduate level. In addition to his experience as a crisis counselor, Tom brings clinical experience from practicum placements ranging from schools, to psychiatric hospitals, to college counseling centers. When Tom is not studying, teaching, or practicing psychology, he serves as a noncommissioned officer in the Air National Guard.
