Residency Refund Policy

Session 1 Residencies

For Residencies occurring in Session 1, there is no reimbursement for the residency fee once tuition is paid.

  • Reimbursement for credit cost will follow the tiered structure we have in place for other courses (100%, 50%, 25%).
  • Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances (such as a death in the family, health issues, and military deployment).

Session 2 Residencies

For Residencies in Session 2, students may drop without penalty until the end of week 1 of Session 1 within the term the residency occurs (Fall, Spring, etc.).

  • Drops on or after the add/drop deadline will result in a loss of the program fee, however, students will be refunded for the cost of the credit as outlined below.
  • Reimbursement for credit cost will follow the tiered structure governing all courses: 100% tuition refund if dropped in week 1, 50% in week 2, 25% in week 3.
  • Exceptions may be made in extenuating circumstances (such as a death in the family, health issues, and military deployment).

Transportation and Accommodations

Students will be responsible for covering the cost of transportation to and from the Residency program. We encourage students to connect with others in their class to arrange carpools and group shuttle reservations to and from the airport.
